Gabriel Mergui
Genopole® International Director
With a degree from HEC, Gabriel Mergui has acquired experience in different areas: research, international business, valuation of research, venture capital and corporate management.
After starting his career in research (Economic Research Laboratory on IAA - INRA), he becomes Agricultural Attaché at the French Embassy in Mexico. Afterwards, he was successively project leader at the Industrial Relations and Valuation Department of INRA, project leader at Idianova, a venture capital company, and European Venture Manager for Euro-America-I (a transatlantic venture capital fund).
Finance Director, then Secretary General of Clonatec (biomedical tests), he was also a co-founder and co-manager of the seed manufacturing company “JTs – Les semences du Jardin Tropical”.
