International Conference on Synthetic Biology

The University of Evry is located about 30 km south of Paris, and about five minutes’ walk from the RER D EVRY-COURCOURONNES station.

1 - Coming by plane

From Paris-Orly airport

We strongly recommend using a Taxi, since train lines may be very confusing. Count about 25 € to reach Evry-centre.

From Paris-Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport

Use the train RER B (blue on the RER map) until station “Gare du Nord” or “Chatelet-les Halles”. Then take the RER D (green on the RER map) to reach the station:EVRY-COURCOURONNES (not Evry).
Attention ! There is a bifurcation in the track to Corbeil, at Juvisy station, and trains take two different routes, only one of which stops at Evry-Courcouronnes. Look at the departure board for trains heading for Malesherbes or Corbeil-Essonne, via Evry-Courcouronnes. This board will tell you the platform (“voie”, indicated by a number) and it indicates the stations where the train stops. Double-check on the platform board, before you get on the train, that it stops at Evry-Courcouronnes (30 min. from Gare de Lyon).

2 - Coming by road

From Paris

Take the A6 highway (from Porte d’Orléans or Porte d’Italie) in the direction of Lyon. Take the N 104 - Évry-centre exit, then follow the N 449 in the direction of Évry-centre/ Évry Courcouronnes.

3 - Coming from Paris by RER

Take the RER D (green on the RER map) at stations “Gare du Nord”, “Chatelet-les Halles” or «Gare de Lyon», to reach the station: EVRY-COURCOURONNES (not Evry). Attention !
