The Genopole Enterprise/CCIE company incubator.

The Genopole Enterprise company incubator (managed by the Essonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIE)) is a unique location for hosting biotech start-ups in the Paris Ile-de-France region. Thanks to funding from the local authorities (Ile-de-France Regional Council and Essonne County Council), France’s first ISO 9001 v2000-certified company incubator can host budding life science entrepreneurs at a strategic location in the heart of the Evry Genopole® biopark.

SEM Genopole®- providing real estate solutions

The SEM Genopole®, a joint public/private-sector real estate company, was founded in 2002, with the mission of building and managing the site’s real estate resources. From incorporation onwards, SEM Genopole® helps companies to find, fund and run their premises. It maintains a friendly, trusting relationship with its tenants and can support a company’s development effectively as it grows.

At the heart of Genopole Campus 1 (France’s leading biopark, with over 50,000 m2 of existing lab and office space and another 30,000 m2 being planned), Genopole® has exceptional capacity for hosting businesses in larger office/lab buildings:
