These platforms provide access to a range of competencies serving functional exploration, flow cytometry and high-throughput screening, as well as a varied and extensive range of imaging technologies including two-photon microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, spectral imaging and evanescent wave microscopy.
MOLECULAR BIOLOGY
These platforms provide expertise in DNA cloning, transcriptomic analyses, the construction of complex biological systems for synthetic biology, etc. and access to a large range of instruments : gel documentation system, PCR and qPCR systems, slide scanner, etc.
STRUCTURAL BIOLOGY / CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
These platforms offer a range of technologies for the study of molecular structures and interactions of ligands, proteins and nucleic acids, as well as a variety of separation techniques. In particular, equipment for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), spectrofluorometry and mass spectrometry are also available via these platforms.
BIOMANUFACTURING
These platforms offer technologies for the bioproduction of therapeutic recombinant proteins in eukaryotes and monoclonal antibodies or virus-like particles via transient expression (thus GMO-free) in plant systems, as well as the automated production of human pluripotent stem cells.
