Anne Jouvenceau was named deputy director of Genopole in June 2017.
Before joining the biocluster, she was the head of program assessment and follow-up, and a director of research (DR2) at Inserm from 2015 to 2017. Before those responsibilities, she led international affairs for that institution.
From 2012 to 2014, she was a health and life sciences advisor within the Ministry for Higher Education and Research of Geneviève Fioraso.
Upstream of her ministerial engagement, Anne Jouvenceau worked for four years at Aviesan as a scientific policy officer for the neurosciences, cognitive sciences, neurology and psychiatry multi-organization thematic institute.
Anne Jouvenceau holds a PhD in life sciences-the biology of aging, from UPMC (Paris VI University).
