Tâches
- Develop, optimize and scale up new food product formulations in collaboration with the senior food scientist & CSO
- Assist in the design, planning, execution and analysis of R&D projects and experiments to improve our knowledge of ingredients and product taste, texture and shelf life
- Maintain equipment according to established protocols
- Communicate results to team members
- Synthesize and present ongoing projects
- Maintain a rigorous laboratory notebook
- Participate in product, ingredient, competitive and technical monitoring.
Profil recherché
Education & Experience
- Bac+5/MsC training as an agri-food engineer, a first experience in agri-food industry on comparable missions is a plus
- Interest in food product development, dairy products, microbiology, lipids or proteins
- Previous work on prototype development is a plus
- Experience in managing and executing R&D projects, ideally with new ingredients is a plus
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environmentProfessional English, French is a plus
