- Design and develop optimized production strains
- Assist in the design, planning, execution and analysis of screening strategies
- Communicate and discuss results with team members
- Synthesize and present ongoing projects
- Maintain a rigorous laboratory notebook
- Participate in literature monitoring
Profil recherché
Education & Experience
- Bac+5/MsC training on molecular biology, microbiology, biotechnology and/or biochemistry
- Previous work on strain screening is a plus
- Interest in strain improvement
- Experience in running and executing R&D projects
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Professional English, French is a plus
Soft Skills
- Independent, well-organized and proactive work style
- Ability to work with the highest accuracy and properly prioritize
- Well organized and with significant experience in project management
- Good at troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
