PhinC Development has an opening position for a senior pharmacometrician specialized in Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetics (PBPK) modeling.
In the context of drug development, the use of PBPK models has gained significant interest and is a useful tool which allows the modeling and simulation of drug-drug interaction (DDI) studies of various molecules and scenarios but not only. Indeed, there are successful applications for the determinations of the dose for first in human or in the field of biopharmacy. PhinC development is involved in these different areas.
The candidate will be full-time dedicated to PBPK modeling activities and will be supported by expert scientists with strong experience in MIDD.
Challenges:
In this role you will be:
- part of a dedicated team of 3 specialized scientists
- responsible for the choice of the appropriate methodology, the conduct of the modeling analysis and the accuracy of the results
- in charge of the presentation of results to clients and the preparation of the corresponding technical reports
Description profil
Profile:
• Minimum 5 years industry, academic or CRO experiences in PBPK or PBBM
• In-depth knowledge of GastroPlus® modeling software or alternatively SimCyp®, PK-Sim® or Mobi®
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment
• Experience with regulatory (preparation of regulatory documents, etc.)
You are fluent in English both orally and written, have good communication and presentation skills, scientific rigor and motivation and strong organization skills.
Education:
You either hold a PhD and/or a master’s degree in a relevant area (PBPK, PBBM, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology pharmaceutical sciences or other related discipline).
